Between 21 to 26 October 2014 in Tbilisi, Georgia, a seminar of GORIZ, which aims to develop the leadership skills of its participants in favor of minorities. This year the seminar was dedicated to finding identity, its definition and how it is important for self-determination of every person. Was reviewed and the status of minorities and Diasporas in different countries. In this difficult task attended forty young leaders of Armenian, Jewish and Roman origin. Be examined on each of the countries whose representatives were at the seminar – Armenia, Bulgaria, Germany, Turkey, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Hungary, Russia, France, Belgium and Austria. Representatives of AGBU Plovdiv were young people from the associated chapters of AGBU Plovdiv – Thomas Ahchiyan of Burgas chapter and Martin Kokonyan of Dobrich chapter.
