On 16 April this year Vocal-instrumental group “Erebuni” to AGBU Plovdiv chapter visited Dobrich town. The event was hosted by Association “Armenian community – Dobrich”, AGBU – Dobrich chapter, church board to church “Surp Hovhannes” – Dobrich, with the assistance of Dobrich Municipality and the Municipal Youth Center “Zahari Stoyanov”. Guest of the concert was President of AGBU – Plovdiv chapter, Mr. Rupen Chavushian.
Traditionally, the concert began with the song “Yerevan – Erebuni”. Group proudly bears the name of the old capital of Armenia – Erebuni since its inception in 1971.
The group presented a repertoire of 18 Armenian songs performed by 16 – year Maria Spasova, Harry Shishmanian, the young and energetic soloist of the group – Hovhannes Karaohluyan, Takuhi Veziryan and Mary Movsesyan-Kaludova.
With a minute of silence, participants paid tribute to the memory of Armenian soldiers killed in recent days in Artsakh and the performance of Mary Movsesyan Kaludova of the song “Dzahigner” the group “Erebuni” devoted to their heroism.
