ACT: UGAB France Program. Armenians Unite.

The last session of this year’s AGBU ACT was in December. Volunteers from Portugal, the USA, Belgium, Germany, France, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, Dubai and Bulgaria participated – AGBU Plovdiv being represented by Nora Radoslavova, co-chairperson of AGBU Plovdiv.

The day when Nora participated with the ACT team, cleaning of all the rooms and windows was carried out after the cosmetic repairs of the Youth Center in Aragats, as well as assembling chairs and hanging curtains. She received a thank you and a Certificate of Participation from the Mayor of Aragats himself.

Started after the devastating 44-day war in Artsakh, UGAB France launched a series of community service trips for those who want to roll up their sleeves and make a personal contribution. AGBU ACT has since grown and works to implement key humanitarian projects and AGBU activities in Armenia with the strength of our most powerful asset – our volunteers. Over the past two years, over 5 of our youth have joined this program, and this year, Nora Radoslavova was among the AGBU ACT volunteers.

There are also non-Armenians among the volunteers. All of them do their best to improve the well-being of Artsakh people forced to leave their native home.
