Premiere
On February 13 and 15 this year, the Lucky Cinema – House of Cinema in Plovdiv became a center of attraction for fans of the seventh art with two screenings of the Armenian film “Winter Song”, an emotional confession with a musical accent.
In support of the event, which was widely covered on social networks and electronic media, namely the premiere of the Armenian film “Winter Song”, was the presence of representatives of the management of AGBU Haskovo and the “Ararat” National Center – Haskovo, whom AGBU Plovdiv welcomed with joy from the morning of February 15 at the Armenian Church “Surp Kevork”. This live meeting proved the strong connection and continuity between the Armenian organizations in the region.
An additional touch to the warm atmosphere was added by the charity stand located in the lobby of the cinema.
We received the support of many people who visited the cinema that day and all the funds raised will be invested in the future of the community – they will breathe new impetus into the activities of the dance group “YAN” of AGBU Plovdiv for their participation in programs in Bulgaria and abroad. A cause to which we have dedicated ourselves together with the management of AGBU Haskovo for 2026.
We also express special thanks to the cinema team for their kind hospitality and professionalism. Thanks to their support, “Winter Song” was not just screened, but became a place of sharing and meeting, a feast for the senses.
The presence of the management of the Drama Theater “N. O. Masalitinov” – Plovdiv gave special attention and prestige to the screening, which took place on February 15. Among the guests were the director of the theater, Suzanna Harutyunyan-Vasilevska, and the deputy director, Todor Darlyanov. In a spirit of sincere friendship and support, we wish them success in the upcoming competition for the prestigious Icarus Awards.
