Reception at the Bulgarian Embassy Brings Together Officials and Friends

Official Ceremony on the Occasion of March 3 in Armenia

On March 3, 2026, the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Republic of Armenia hosted an official reception marking Bulgaria’s National Day. The event brought together representatives of Armenian state institutions, the diplomatic corps, the business community, academia, the media, NGOs, and many friends of Bulgaria, as reported on the website of the Bulgarian Embassy in Armenia (mfa.bg/en/embassies/armenia/news/47143).

Among the official guests were Gevorg Mantashyan, First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia, as well as Vesela Lecheva, President of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee, accompanied by the Bulgarian national shooting team.

Among the distinguished guests at the embassy reception was Vasken Yacoubian, President of AGBU Armenia. Also attending was Nora Radoslavova, a member of the leadership of AGBU Plovdiv, who is currently working at the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs in Armenia.

Nora Radoslavova shared her excitement about meeting Tsvetana Paskaleva. Paskaleva’s work embodies courage and moral integrity in journalism. A citizen of Armenia and a documentary filmmaker, she is known for her uncompromising reports and films created during the First Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) War of 1991–1994. Her documentary series “The Wounds of Karabakh” includes seven films about the conflict zone, translated into six languages.
